Short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell it. Ever. This site does run an advertising tracker, because I run ads — details below, stated plainly rather than buried.

What I collect

If you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you typed into it. On the contact form that's your name, email address and message. On the free-build page it also includes your business name and, if you choose to give it, your phone number. There are no accounts and no logins on this site.

How the forms work

Forms are handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Your submission is stored in my account there and emailed to me. I read them myself — there's no sales team and no CRM. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't share what you send with anyone.

Advertising and analytics

This site loads the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising) on every page. If you arrived from one of my ads, it's how I can tell the ad worked; if you didn't, it still records that a visit happened. When you submit a form it records that a lead came in — not the contents of your message.

What that means in practice: Meta learns that a browser visited this site, and can associate that with your Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. That is cross-site tracking, and I'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. It's here because it's the only way to know whether the money I spend on advertising is doing anything.

If you'd rather not be counted, a content blocker or your browser's tracking protection will stop it, and nothing on this site will break. I run no other analytics — no Google Analytics, no session recording, no heatmaps. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Netlify also keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses, as part of hosting and protecting the site.

How I use what you send

Only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project. I won't use it for anything you didn't reach out about, and I won't pass it to anyone else.

Questions or removal

Want to know what I have, or want it deleted? Email omar@omarsautomations.com and I'll take care of it. No form to fill in, no process — just ask.
